FINISHING

Laminating and Encapsulating
Protect your projects with lamination and encapsulation. Or change the look of your finished product with matte, luster, or gloss films. Our laminating machines can handle materials up to 60″ wide. Whether its car wraps to book covers, badges, passes or signage, we’ve got it covered!
Mounting
Turn your finished piece onto a display for all to see. Make an impact at your next presentation or conference! We mount to foamboard, gatorboard, and many other common display mediums. Talk to us about what is best for your needs.
Die cutting
Create unique shapes and make your message more memorable with die cutting. We can cut flexible roll material or rigid materials including: adhesives, stickers, labels, foam board, coroplast, wood, MDO, magnet, acrylic (plexi), aluminum, and other metals.
Grommetting
Applying grommets to your banners and other materials makes it a snap to hang or stretch them into place. Grommets may also be used on certain plastic signage for easier installs on rail fencing.

Kiss Cutting
Kiss cut adhesive materials like stickers to deliver a product that peels off the sheets for easy installation. Many types of shapes can be kiss cut by our equipment – but if you have something really exotic run it by us for an opinion.
Hemming
Tape hems, sewn hems, sewn pole pockets and sewn reinforcement stretch materials are all available.
Hole Drilling
Custom hole drilling facilitates custom installations of your signage and graphics.
Wind slits
Wind slits cut into vinyl banners preserve their life in the field. We can cut these in a way that does not interfere with your overall messaging.
Hardware Installation
We install various types of hardware to signage and mountable graphics to aid in the final installation process.

PROTOTYPING

American Color Labs offers ancillary services that aide in prototyping. These include custom printing on various materials like foams, cardboards and acryllics and die cutting. If you have your patterns and material descriptions ready, please contact us for a quote.
