What is FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is usually used to upload web files. However, it can also be used to send and receive large files.

How do I send a file?
You can either use our WEB UPLOAD FORM or follow the steps below:

1) Connect to our ftp site using a FTP client program such as Fetch, Transmit, or WSFTP:
Host: ftp.aclaustin.com
User ID: anonymous
Password: Enter your email address as the password
2) Once you're connected, change into the "incoming" folder/directory. Select your file or files and click the "upload" (or equivalent) button.
3) Notify us by email or phone when you're done.

Note:
The incoming directory is write-only, which means you won't see your file(s) listed after it has been successfully uploaded. See our FTP/Upload Help File for additional hints and tips on either method.
